Day 1

Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla, trek to Phakding

Early in the morning, our management team will pick you up from the hotel for your flight to Lukla. After you are in Lukla, you will be surrounded by beautiful mountains all around. Our management team will welcome you as you begin your trek to Phakding. After about four hours of walking along the Dudh Koshi River, you will reach your destination; a tea house in Phakding. And, before going to bed, you will enjoy your welcome dinner party prepared for you guys.

Day 2

Trek to Namche Bazar

Your today’s trek will begin after a delicious breakfast in your tea house. We will begin our trek from Phakding crossing the Dudh Koshi River and heading up the Khumbu valley. This trek is easier than the second section, the trail from Phakding to the double bridges has a ground-level walk through Monjo and Jorsalle. From the end section of the suspension or Hillary Bridge, the walk starts to get tougher with a steep ascent to Namche Bazaar.

Day 3

Acclimatization Day

We also have an acclimatisation day at Namche Bazaar if necessary. It is also for you to get used to the higher altitude as you might get altitude sickness. You can also hike to nearby places and get used to higher altitudes. Also, visit the surroundings and know more about the culture, tradition, and lifestyle of people living there.

Day 4

Trek to Tengboche from Namche Bazaar

On the third day of the trek, the route to Tengboche is unbelievably beautiful. You can enjoy close-up front mountain views of Kantega, Kusungkangra, Thamserku, and as well as Mt. Everest from the distance. The walk from Namche to Tengboche is about 4-5 hours. After stopping for lunch in Phunge Thanks, we will again start our journey towards our destination. After reaching Tengboche, you will visit the largest monastery n the Khumbu region and spend your night at a lodge.

Day 5

Trek to Dingboche

Early in the morning, we will visit the monastery again to witness the praying ceremony. Before starting our journey ahead, you will enjoy your breakfast with amazing views of the mountains. Today, we will start our trek down through the rhododendron forest to a little down of Deboche. Along with the route we will trek gradually uphill to the Pangboche and Somare villages where we take our lunch. After enjoying our lunch, we will follow a gradual flat level that takes us along the path and we will finally reach our destination, Dingboche.

Day 6

Trek to Lobuche

After breakfast, the trail ascends the hill above the Dingboche with a stunning view of Imza Valley and mountain scenery. Then, our trek continues towards the north through the Yak Pasture at Dusa. Our trail now gradually ascends to the Duglha with a fantastic view of the Chola Tsho Lake. You can see the countless monuments around the Thukla Pass which are dedicated to the climbers who passed away during their journey. Now, the trail takes us to the Lubuche along the left side of the river bank. And, after about an hour of walking, we will reach our today’s final destination, Lobuche.

Day 7

Trek to Gorakshep and hike to Mt. Everest Base Camp

Today is the seven day of our trek and the most crucial part of our trekking. The trails go ridge to Khumbu Glacier and through the Glacier surrounded by amazing views of the Himalayas. After 3-4 hours of walking, we will reach Gorakshep from where the world’s top mountain, Mt Everest can be seen. We will spend your time in Gorakshep as you like and be prepared for tomorrow’s trekking. You need to pack enough drinking water, trekking poles, raincoats or windproof jacket, heat lights, and so on.

Day 8

Breakfast at Everest Base Camp

You will wake up early in the morning, and hike towards the Everest Base Camp. The trail takes us through the Glacier with marine, and many ups and down. After 2-3 hours of trekking journey, we will finally reach our destination Mt Everest Base Camp with a stunning view around us and the Khumbu Glacier, and lakes which are beyond our imagination.

Now, you will enjoy your breakfast at Mt Everest Base Camp and remember to capture this moment to cherish for a lifetime. Take your time to admire the beauty of the Himalayas that surrounds you. After spending some time in base camp, we will return to Gorakshep for our overnight stay. We will spend our night at a tea house witnessing the Himalayas of the Shangri-La Pass.

Day 9

Hike to Kalapatthar and fly back to Gorakshep

Today is the last day and another important trekking day of the Everest Base Camp with the Helicopter ride. Today, we will ascend to the viewpoint of Kalapatthar from here. After enjoying our morning breakfast we will make our way to Kalapatthar. After two hours of walking, we will eventually reach the summit of Kalapatthar. From here we can witness the 360-degree views of the mountains such as Pumari, Lingtren (6,695m), Khumbutse, Nupse (7879m) and as well as Mt Everest. Enjoy your time witnessing such an unbelievable beauty of Nepal and you will descend to the Gorakshep for another flight to Kathmandu. You will hop on to helicopter which will take you to Lukla and then Kathmandu.

You will be escorted to the TIA Airport for your hometown flight by our management team, Thank you once again for choosing us. We hope to meet again for another amazing and adventurous trip to Nepal.
