Day 1: Soldeu
Summer Pyrenees Family Holiday is a fun-filled full of adventure week Pyrenees tour where you do numerous activities such as cycling, etc. Welcome to Andorra. Your adventure trip begins with greeting your local guide after arriving at the hotel. Today's a free day to rest after a long tiring flight.
Day 2: Walking at Salamanders Lake
Today your first excursion is to Andorra's mountain. It's a drive to Entorn at the base of the stunning Ransol Valley Ridge. You are then starting from sea level, climbing metres to Salamanders lake. Here you can choose between relaxing and taking a paddle in the lake or challenging yourself to continue the hike up to the Ransol Ridge.
At this height, fantastic views can be enjoyed across Andorran peaks. The rest of the day is back down, going past the Roca del Home Dret. Then you arrive in Incles valley and cross the Incles river to take your oath to the hotel. You will arrive back at the hotel in the afternoon, so relax or explore the village and visit the surrounding hotel's spa center.
Day 3: Cycling in Cortals Valley
Drive to the beautiful Cortals Valley. Halfway up to the valley, you will jump on bikes to ride to Engolasters lake. You will reach a stunning viewpoint with a birdseye of Andorra la Vella. Then stop in an alpine woodland for lunch. Then you will cycle back around the far side of Engolasters lake before returning to the vehicles. After the fun day trip, return to Soldeu in a private vehicle.
Day 4: Free day
Today you can choose from many activities that are offered in Andorra. You can go horse riding or visit the thermal baths of La Caldea. It's up to you to do what you want to do.
Day 5: White-water rafting on Noguera River
Crossing the border into Spain, we will take the high mountain pass over the Port de Canto through the Mediterranean scenery. You can stop at Port de Canto to take in the lovely foothills of the Spanish Pyrenees. They continue to the Sort village at a rafting centre where you will provide safety equipment.
You will enjoy white water rafting from the top of the Noguera River. After a fun ride, arrive back. Then head back to Soldeu in the vehicle.
Note: children must be at least eight years to participate in the rafting, and 8-12 years old kids will be able to raft grades I & II only.
Day 6: Mountain Biking in Ransol Valley
It's a day for mountain biking today. You will be given your helmet and bike. You will pedal along to the end of Ransol valley, where there is a picnic area with running spring water. Your guide will point out the area of the beautiful peaks, such as the Pic de la Setteta.
Then finish up the ride at the local Caves Manacor market. Afterwards, you will return to the hotel for a picnic lunch on the terrace. After lunch, hop in the van and drive to the Grau Roig ski area. Have a go at the first mountain bike circuit before returning to the hotel.
Day 7: Walking in Incles Valley
Today it's a walking trip from the hotel to the nearby Incles valley. You will pass through stunning Cabana Sorda lake, beautiful flowers, etc. After lunch, descend through stunning meadows and woodland to the valley floor, where you can take transport back to reach the hotel or continue your walk back to the hotel.
Day 8: End of Summer Pyrenees Family Holiday tour
