Day 1: Meeting, Fruška gora and Novi Sad
In this Serbia tour of seven days, you will visit different magnificent monasteries and fortresses and learn about their culture and tradition. After you arrive at the airport in Serbia, meet the guide and head straight towards the Vojvodina region and mountain Frusko Gora.
The places you visit today are the monastery Krusedol and the Petrovaradin fortress. After lunch, you head towards the hotel, so you will have the rest of the day to enjoy Novi Sad with your partner on your own.
Day 2: Topola town, Oplenac royal mausoleum and village homestay
Today you will explore Topola town, Oplenac royal mausoleum. Then the rest of the day is spent in the House of Colovic.
Day 3: Zlatibor mountain
After having breakfast, we'll head toward West Serbia and the impressive Zlatibor Mountain. Today your visit and exploration places are Stopica cave, Sirogojno, and Gostilje waterfall. So today's tour finishes in a rural area at guesthouse Pecinar where you will stay overnight.
Day 4: Sargan Eight train and Višegrad
After breakfast, we'll head toward Mokra Gora town, experience the railway and famous Sargan Eight train and reach Visegrad. And today, you will enjoy the boat ride in the Drina River and, after lunch, return to Kustendorf ethnic village.
Day 5: Monasteries Studenica and Žiča, Belgrade
This day is reserved for fully exploring the medieval monasteries of West Serbia. Today's highlight places you will visit and explore are Golija mountain, monastery Studenica, The valley of kings, and monastery Zica. Then finally reach Belgrade for an overnight stay.
Day 6: Belgrade exploration
Today you will explore the most iconic places of Belgrade landmarks, including the Belgrade fortress, St. Sava church, and the biggest Orthodox temple in the Balkans, etc. After lunch, you go to the other side of the river, Zemun. The rest of the second last day of your tour is free to explore Belgrade on your own.
Day 7: Departure
