Day 1: Reykjavik
Iceland Northern Lights tour is about admiring the Seljalandsfoss waterfall, visiting Harpa concert hall and hiking along glaciers, etc. The tour will start at our hotel in Reykjavik. Explore the two most unique attractions: the Hallgrimskirkja church and Harpa Concert Hall.
Day 2: Drive along and stop at Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfall
Today I leave Reykjavik and drive on the scenic southern highway. Stop at Seljalandsfoss. Visit the nearby Skoda Museum. Explore the small village of Kirkjubaejarklaustur.
Day 3: Drive across Skeidararsandur to Skaftafell
Today we will visit the Skeidararsandur floodplains. Move to Falljokull. After returning from hiking, I travelled to Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon.
Day 4: Drive along Eyjafjallajokull Volcano
Travel inland from Selfoss. Visit the mighty Gullfoss Waterfall. Visit Geysir. Before returning, stop at Thingvellir National Park.
Day 5: End of Iceland Northern Lights tour
