Day 1: City tour of Tallinn
Hiking in Estonia individually is about exploring renowned destinations such as Angla Windmill Park, Karja church, Vilsandi National Park, etc. Explore the most intact medieval city in Europe. To explore the port area, hike on the seafront promenade.
Day 2: Hiking trails and sightseeing in Saaremaa
The next day you continue to Saaremaa Island. Juniper pastures and old fortified churches characterise Estonia's largest island. Explore Angla Windmill Park, Kaali Meteorite Crater and Karja Church.
Day 3: Vilsandi National Park
The Vilsandi National Park is for hikers and nature lovers. Explore the Harialaid Peninsula. Hike through the Baltic Sea along an island chain to the island of Vilsandi. Explore the mighty bishop's castle.
Day 4: University city Tartu
The next destination is to explore the city of Tartu. On Town Hall Square, the museums and cafes of Estonia include the statue of a kissing student. Explore the cosy wooden house district.
Day 5: Sandstone cliffs and hilly landscape of Lake Peipus
Have a delicious breakfast and move to Taevaskoja Primeval Valley with its sandstone rocks. Rock wall outcrops and caves run along the banks of the Ahuja River. Set off to Europe's fifth largest lake, Lake Peipus, directly.
Day 6: Lahemaa National Park and Higher moor
After a memorable day in the south of Estonia, you return to the north. Through the high moor, the Endla Nature Reserve offers hiking trails. Take a picture from the Mannikjarve lookout tower. At Lahemaa National Park, enjoy the sunset on the Baltic Sea.
Day 7: Explore the Northern coast, mansions and taiga forest
It was founded to save the coastal landscapes and raised bogs and taiga-like forests. The beautiful mansions and traditional Estonian fishermen's houses are protected areas. For hiking trails, move along the coast, through an ancient forest, over raised moor and to the manors.
Day 8: End of Hiking in Estonia tour
