Day 1: Arrive at Viborg
Haervejen: Denmark's Camino is about experiencing the beautiful landscape of Lake Hald, the King's town, beautiful inland dunes, etc. In Viborg, Your holiday starts and stays in a B&B in the town centre. Explore the old town centre and cathedral and walk down the street St. Mogens Gade; for the Middle Ages, you will find different houses for dating.
Day 2: Viborg to Dollerup Bakker
Leaving Viborg and following Hærvejen south into Liseborg Forest. In the north of the inn, you will find Hald Hovedgard, which presents the area's landscape and culture.
Day 3: Dollerup Bakker to Thorning
Enjoy the view of Dollerup Bakker and Lake Hald through the little village of Skelhorne and continue along a quiet forest track through Stendal and Havredal Plantage. Visit a Blicher Former rectory. You can either walk or from the village your host will pick you up.
Day 4: Thorning to Lake Bolling
Along Haervejen to the Haller, A stream continues from thorning. Through another forest path, the beautiful Stenholt forest takes you toward the northern shore of Lake Bolling. For overnight move in the village of Engesvang.
Day 5: Lake Bolling to Sepstrup
Back to the shores of Lake Bolling, the hiking day starts. Along the western shore of Lake Bolling takes you today's route. Don't miss the attractive view at the end of the marked path of Hornblende hill. Nearby in, you will be picked up and transferred to your accommodation.
Day 6: Sepstrup to Norre Snede
Back to Septstrup today begins with a short transfer. Through Sepstrup Sande and then Vrads Sande, continue your walk southwards. Visit the old Forester farm.
Day 7: Norre Snede to Kollemorten
Today walk through Norre Snede for a picnic lunch. Visit the church of Norre Snede. You will see the old stone in the year 1856 outside the town of Kollemorten.
Day 8: Kollemorten to Jelling
Through an open agricultural landscape with scattered forests, Haervejen leads you after leaving the village of Kollemorten. In the king's town of Jellig, your route ends. Check the visitor centre "Kongernes Jelling".
Day 9: End of Haervejen: Denmark's Camino tour
