Day 1: Madrid
Best of Spain is about exploring renowned Spain destinations such as Albaicin winding streets, Alhambra Palace, etc. Our team will welcome you at the airport, and after your transfer to the hotel, you will have free time to rest after a long and tiring flight schedule. In the night, you will head to Gran Via hotspots to dance the night away with your friends.
Day 2: Granada
Take a bus to Granada. Take a walk in the old Arab quarter of the Albaicin labyrinth of crooked alleys, fountains, plazas and whitewashed houses, or the 'Alcaiceria' (old silk market area) and observe the craftworks on sale that include ceramics, marquetry and leather goods. Or you can climb up to Mirador de San Nicolas for sunset views. Explore the historic Renaissance Cathedral and Capilla Real. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3: Granada
Visit the magnificent Alhambra Palace in Granada today. After your tour, request that your guide walk you farther into Granada's Albaicin neighbourhood, where several old-fashioned tea shops exist. You must not miss the vista of the Alhambra Palace across from this location. Possibly have supper with the bunch once again tonight.
Day 4: Ronda
Train to the Andalucian hills and the whitewashed village of Ronda after leaving Granada. The magnificent Puente Nuevo (New Bridge), one of the most photographed buildings in the nation, is the town's focal point. View the more modern El Mercadillo on the other side of the older Moorish village, which is home to several ancient structures. Well-preserved Arab Baths and the renowned Plaza de Toros are located east of the town. Find a location where you can see a beautiful sunset in the evening; this won't be difficult in Ronda.
Day 5: Ronda
Wander across the lovely valley that surrounds Ronda, Los Molinos. You may descend into El Tajo. The remainder of the day is yours to spend in the city.
Day 6: Costa de la Luz / Tarifa
Today, you'll take a train to the Costa de la Luz (Coast of Light). You can unwind in the afternoon. Why not grab dinner in town and partake in Tarifa's exciting nightlife in the evening?
Day 7: Costa de la Luz / Tarifa
There are several optional activities available today. Consider going on an Iberian Peninsula whale and dolphin-watching tour. Alternatively, go by ferry for only 45 minutes to Tangier, Morocco, in Northern Africa. You may ride a cable car up to the top of the cliff, explore the caverns, go to a castle built by the Moors, and stroll down the main street to see the intriguing fusion of old British life with Spanish flavours.
Day 8: Seville
Visit the dynamic city of Seville. Why not experience it all for yourself, as the rest of the day is free to explore? The multicultural history of Barrio Santa Cruz makes it a fantastic spot to start. Spend the evening at San Jacinto, perhaps.
Day 9: Seville
Today is your free day to explore Seville, but make sure to visit the largest Gothic church in the world. Explore the locations as you please.
Day 10: Cordoba
Continue your trail ride to Cordoba. Discover how this southern city's architecture and gastronomy blend Muslim, Jewish, and Christian cultures. Visit the renowned Mezquita, and feel free to indulge in more delectable Spanish cuisine that evening.
Day 11: Valencia
Valencia, a coastal town, may be reached by train by travelling east. The best of Valencia is made up of vibrant markets, clean beaches, scenic hills, and an intriguing blend of an old and new town. To reach the wonderfully designed Museu de les Ciencies Principe Felipe, bicycle via the city's central park. Consider going out tonight to sample tapas and several bars in Ciutat Vella (old town).
Day 12: Valencia
Today, get on a bike and ride through Turia Park to the renowned city of Art and Science. Consider visiting the 13th-century church and ascending the 207 steps of the Miguelete tower for the best city views after you've gone cycling. Tonight, consider travelling to Ruzafa, one of the city's hippest neighbourhoods, where people don't typically leave until after midnight.
Day 13: Barcelona
Today, ride the train to Barcelona along the coast. There are many activities available in the afternoon to keep you occupied. Explore the maze-like alleyways of Barcelona's historic Gothic Quarter and find a way through the crowds of tourists along La Rambla, the famed tree-lined thoroughfare. To brush up on your local knowledge, consider going to the Picasso Museum, the National Art Museum of Catalonia, or the Museum of City History.
Day 14: Barcelona
Come with your leader for a tour of Barcelona today. The highlight of your trip will be seeing Antonio Gaudi's magnificent La Sagrada Familia Cathedral. Finish the day tonight with a taste of red wine, a customary glass pitcher.
Day 15: End of Best of Spain tour
