Day 1: Kochi Exploration
Secret Southern India- Kerala is about exploring southern India parts such as Athirappily waterfalls, Thekkady, Cochin, etc. Our ten-day trip to explore beautiful places in Kerala begins with the meet and greet at Kochi International Airport. You and your family will be picked up from the airport by our team of World Tour Management, who will also provide you with the first glimpse of Kochi, leading to our carefully chosen three-star hotel for the check-in process.
Once you settle in your hotel room, our team will take you to enjoy the scenic historical tour of the gorgeous seaside town of Kochi Fort. Visitors on the trip will appreciate the colonial-style architecture developed by the British, Dutch, and Portuguese colonies and the quirky shops and chic eateries nestled in the narrow streets. We will end our first day trip with an introduction to Kochi and then will stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Explore The Scenic Athirappily Waterfalls
You will begin your day by having a delicious breakfast at the hotel before exploring the day and leading to a second-day trip inland to Athirapilly. Today, we will witness the majestic waterfalls of the region, including the Vazhachal and the Athirapilly falls. The Athirapilly fall is one of the largest standings falls in Kerala, at a height of 25 metres. The beautiful view boasts panoramic landscapes of natural forests and rivers. You will also have the possibility to explore the site and capture the neighbouring area while trekking down to view the majestic and beautiful waterfalls from the bottom. Then, at night we will stay at the resort in Athirappily.
Day 3: Head towards Munnar
After spending an eventful day in Kochi, it is time for you to visit and explore the western town of Munnar. Today, the four-hour-long road trip to Munnar with an air-conditioned vehicle will permit you to witness the neighbouring mountain ranges that are in this region. You will also get the chance to take a glimpse of the Periyar river from the top of the Neriamangalam bridge and explore the Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls. Then, after reaching Munnar, you will be taken to the hotels for check-in.
Day 4: Exploring Munnar
Today, you will be able to go on a sightseeing expedition to visit the excellent attractions Munnar offers. You will begin having breakfast before heading sightseeing. The mountain ranges of Munnar are a great halt for outdoors enthusiasts as it provides numerous activities, from watersports and horse riding to a relaxed afternoon at the park. Our team will also take you to the grounds housing Mattupetty lake, which is famous for its cattle colony, visit a local dairy farm, and will also have the opportunity to listen to the echoing sounds coming from Echo Point. There are numerous things to watch and do in this region, including Eravikulam National Park, Top Station, etc.
Day 5: Adventure to Thekkady
After fueling your body with a delicious breakfast, we will leave the hotel and take a road trip to the town known as the home of the country's largest Tiger Reserve. Thekkady is most popular for the house of some of the fascinating wildlife species of India. After you arrive at Thekkady, you will check into your hotel rooms before heading for our next destination, The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Then, our team will take you to explore the jungle excursion, where you can witness the Asian elephant, spotted deer, Indigenous tigers of India, and a variety of bird species. You will even have the option to view the animals on a safari adventure from a cruise boat over lake Periyar.
Day 6: Sightseeing in Thekkady
You will begin your day with a delicious breakfast, proceeding with exploring your second day of adventure and sightseeing in Thekkady. If you are an adventure enthusiast, then you can take on the gushing white waters on a beautiful bamboo river raft or visit the numerous terrains at the many hiking trails in this region. Day 7: Explore Kumarakom
Today, you will check out from Thekkady and head towards Kumarakom, where our team will help you check into a resort for an overnight stay. This picture-perfect village boasts canals with houseboats on Vembanad lake that can be explored during the day and also a mangrove forest with coconut trees as the backdrop.
Day 8: Experience of Alleppey

You will be taken there through the paddy fields dating back many centuries. On this trip, you will experience the countryside beauty of Kerala on a backwater cruise and watch the locals crafting coir products in their houses. Then, you will stay an in the traditional houseboat overnight.
Day 9: Beach Experience at Kovalam
Today, in the morning, you will have the opportunity to relax at one of the most popular beaches in India. This Koyalamm beach of India attracts tourists and visitors from around the globe for boasting a lighthouse and being a go-to beach during the hippie era. Today's visit to Kovalam includes staying at a beachside resort, and you will also have the chance to explore Hawah beach and lighthouse beach.
Day 10: Historical Tour to Kanyakumari
Our last day of the trip will be all about exploring the history of Kanyakumari after separating from Kovalam. This tour will take you to watch places like the Mahatma Gandhi memorial, the Vivekananda rock memorial, and the Thiruvalluvar statue. This is also the place or point where three oceans meet. After knowing about the town's history, you will take n back to the resort in Kovalam.
Day 11: End of Secret Southern India- Kerala trip
After breakfast in the hotel room, you and your group will leave for Trivandrum Airport to complete your Kerala experience.
